Very nice small electric food chopper by Chef Todd English. I did put a blade in and plugged it definitely spins to chop. There were no instructions with this item. It has a glass 4 cup bowl, 2 blade selections and plastic piece that I don't know what it does.

The 2 blades plastic pieces have a little staining from whatever kind of food it chopped in the past. Nice, solid little chopper.
