Since I own my set of these blades for food processor, are extra and don't need them. The Blade and Disc Holder is Lucite holds 4 discs 1 blade to keep your accessories organized. These two accessories go to the Vintage WARING Food Processor FP510 series and 31FP I think. I can attest to how useful these are use mine all the time!, The blunt edge of Mixer Blade is great for any kind batter or dough, mayonnaise, frosting, meatloaf mix, etc.

My personal favorites to use this blade on are pancake batter, chocolate chip cookie dough and meatloaf!, The Whip makes the best homemade whipped cream at Thanksgiving, butter very well.
