I used to do a lot of canning and jelly-making, borrow my good friends attachment, she moved away so bought own, think only this one time. This is an Oster kitchen puree n ricer attachment. All pieces are here, just no instruction booklet. It is a great attachment and may as well go to someone who will use.

It has been sitting in my basement for at least 8 years now and I don't can or make jelly any more. It attaches to the Oster kitchen center. I never did use it for ricing, but worked wonderfully to puree fruits jelly or jam, and with larger seeds, separated the seeds skins pureed fruit. This is only the attachment.

I really can't tell if it is white or a very light beige.
