Here's a new in box Cuisinart deluxe 11, dfp 11. I received this as a wedding years ago and never used it. I had it working in under 2 minutes out of the box.

I recently sold this item and the customer said it didn't work and sent it back. They didn't realize the top needs to be locked in place for the motor to work as a safety measure.
